Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect what you send us on our form so we can quote you, and we measure how the site is used so we know which advertising is worth paying for. We do not sell your information. You can switch off the advertising cookies below and everything on the site keeps working.

What we collect
What you give us
When you use the solution finder or contact us, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, and anything you write in the message. If you used the finder we also keep the inputs you set, such as the hours the role covers and your loaded hourly cost, so the person who calls you back already knows what you were quoted.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and how you move through the site.

Why we use it
- To answer you. To prepare a quote, arrange a demonstration, and follow up on your enquiry.
- To run the business. To fulfil orders, service agreements and warranty work.
- To improve the site. To understand what people look for and what confuses them.
- To advertise responsibly. To measure which campaigns produce real enquiries so we are not wasting money, and to show relevant ads to people who have already visited.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share it with service providers who help us operate: our website host (Cloudflare), our email and analytics providers (Google), advertising platforms (Meta and Google), and the customer system our sales team uses. Sharing information with advertising platforms so they can measure and target ads is treated as sharing for targeted advertising under some state laws, which is exactly what the opt-out above controls.
We also share information with the manufacturers whose products you buy, where that is needed for warranty registration or service, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
None of this sharing includes your mobile number or text message consent. See Text messages below.
Text messages
If you tick the box asking us to text you, we use your mobile number to send texts about your enquiry, including demo reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
We never share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing. The sharing described above for advertising and analytics does not include text message opt-in data or consent. We share your number only with the text messaging provider that delivers our messages to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to three years from your last contact with us, so we can pick up where we left off. Customer records tied to a sale, lease or service agreement are kept as long as the law and our warranty obligations require. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and the Colorado Privacy Act, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
- Have it corrected if it is wrong
- Have it deleted
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your information

Security, children, and changes
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
